ModeratorIve changed the switch and checked the contacts, I’ve bypassed the stat on the back of oven that neutral feed comes from and I have voltage live and neutral to switch on thing that gets energised is cooling fan and I’ve bypassed thermostat, it’s a basic oven timer stat and selector switch but it’s switched on the neutral side only thing I can’t check is the clock

ModeratorThat complete unit the condenser and evaporator and compressor is lifted out to clean it out properly and after 20 minutes it should draw a minimum of 350w try running it and a timed warm programme if it doesn’t get up to at least 350w after 20 minutes mo repair is possible

ModeratorListening to that video I would say it’s the drum or pulley making the noise if a drum is order by the bisch engineer he should also change the pulley and the nut this will sort that problem expect a 2nd visit

ModeratorThe main oven that your saying nothing works the possibility is it could be a toc the second oven probably has earth leakage on a element when its warm as I’m guessing it doesn’t get used often

ModeratorE36-10 is as dave has said a pump fault so check filter if that is OK it will be the power inverter module

ModeratorI emailed them about the rates that they are going to pay and had no reply that was about a month ago
