Error e3100 is the old e15 error code water in base e3000 is a flow sensor fault in the left hand side heat exchanger its a filling fault, plus if its a month out of warranty bosch will repair this free as a goodwill gesture
Open the new one up and it will give you a idea of where the tabs lock into place i never remove the oven to change these use a small pick or screwdriver to bend tabs
Look in the instruction manual see if the basic settings are where they need to be also induction hob can trip the electric as anything that is connected to mains has a leakage to earth which can cause tripping i always advise type A circuit breaker
If you change the selector switch you won’t need to calibrate the touch controls, the test programme is only for bosch engineers and you use the finger to calibrate the touch controls
Jem is spot on it the selector switch done loads of them variant coding is easy on the date plate on the back it has v.c what ever number that is you scroll to it and switch the oven off at the on /off switch on the switch on the panel for touch calibration you need the test programme and a test finger
Check to see that you haven’t got a coun blocked in the pump impeller you can do this by removing the filter and shining a touch in where you have removed the filter make sure that the power is off before hand and you have towels to hand
E56 is a communication error between power module and interface module it sounds to me like the power module fault as e51 is a motor wiring or motor fault
That would be obvious when you start it you will just hear the relays clicking and the power modules on these do fail they are easy to fit aswell
Look up the instruction manual page 27 onwards it will tell you how it comes apart in there use a plastic trim tool to remove metal tabs
