Hi dave wires are good it doesn’t sound like the wash motor is syncing with drain pump when it starts when it starts turbine is running free and wires to it are ok
The nfc pcbs on the hoover candy machine are terrible at the minute. I had a raised segment on the motor on a hoover machine and it’s taken out the main pcb
Try not to use them now they think that one man bands are a waste of time because you only spend now and again they want you to spend 100 pound a day have complained till I can’t No More only order with them now if a part is not in stock with anyone else.
If it doesn’t download it’s usually the module from my experience I by smart card and module direct any issues then I go back to hotpoint they are pretty good at taking faulty parts back
The only problem I’ve had with Bosch condensers is the fluff gathering in the pump you can access this by pulling the condenser out and there will be a flap that can be removed and fluff cleared out also worth checking front fan 2 kai
Just to confirm they have selected 60 engineers to have training on Haier washing machines and fridge freezer not let them go
2 possible causes either the pump has gone or the brushes on the motor have gone both much easier than changing the bearings:)
Sounds like to me that the brushes are not making good enough contact. where the carbon end sit I would suggest cleaning that and trying it again on spin cycle
