A lot of the newer units do that and with many, there’s nothing you can do about it, it’s just expansion and contraction.

Just updating a little more.
Integration with ASWO is done! 😀
From within rapport you can see the parts used on the model under repair as well as the most commonly used items so you can both see and order parts from within the job, onsite. No having to go to a web browser or whatever, you can just do it there and then.
This is very cool. 8)
Integration and invoice generation from both Quickbooks (online) and Xero are also live and working just fine so, you can export your invoice, log and send with no re-keying all the same info over again. Huge timesaver.

IQ300 is a range with over 100 models, probably hundreds, anyone will need the correct model or ENR code from the rating plate to help you.

I believe it’s the same as the Bosch WAE range so Error 3 would be a failure to fill or fill in time being reported.

Looks like it only has an upper and lower element in it, fan assisted job not a true fan oven.

ASWO don’t list that model Dave that I can see.
That’s one of Argos’s bought in Ching Yip ones that there’s no support for anywhere other than perhaps 0800 Repair… maybe.

It’s not that Jim.
On the backend, if your account is not live it will not find you on there as, to the system, you don’t exist.
You cannot alter that, only administration can. You can’t see it either. This is deliberate.
It stops abuse basically.
Unless you’ve got an account live, created etc then you can login and see what’s live or not etc.
But I seem to recall we had issues with your postcode before or, some around there as IIRC there are errors on the RM PAF file so you get that. We see it all the time on new builds as well but there are some old ones that RM seem just to never have bothered to fix so, you always get errors on those.
