There’s nothing in the door to leak so, any water has to be coming from somewhere else.
Have you checked the fridge above it’s leaking or, something in it leaking?

For a lot of Hisense parts, in order to find them, the model number is important but increasingly where there are several versions as there is for that model, I really need the info from the barcode label that’s usually at the rating plate, it’s all explained here:

Levelling or something perhaps? If it stops when you do that I can’t see it being a component at fault as, doing that shouldn’t make any odds to it.

Motor or capacitor, which one depends on the answer the question Dave asked in large part or, it might make determining which a whole lot easier.

Just a thought, overdosing causing a temporary block on the pressure sensor pipe? I’ve seen that one before.
