Why not April the 9th to talk re COP and other bits ,then Steve meets with Phil ,if Phil needs to speak to Ken then I wonder if he takes a trip to see Ken on his own ?

I have had these as well ,one in particular was a hpt wd with a hole in the tub 18 mths old ,Currys wanted a full report with my professional opinion on what caused it .
I was suitably vague in my report but because I wasnt prepared to say it was faulty workmanship due to the 5p in the drum he refused to pay .

I think we will come away with one of two things either we will be told that there is no way that we can implement a Code of practice OR we will be told that we can and this is what we need to do it .

Re: Qualtex discount scheme for WTA.

What we can’t have happen is Sept rolls up we have qualtex,masterpart et al on our roster of suppliers supporting the WTA and connect say not fair we werent asked ,now knowing as we do that Connect and DASA are intertwined I don’t see them wanting to do a thing ,but asking them just disables that particular part of there armoury.
Its worth noting that Ian invited them to the last big one and didn’t even get a reply I don’t think that we are big on there radar .
