ParticipantRe: SMEG DWF614SS dishwasher not washing
The hint, it’s a biggy is the comment “you can’t hear the water being pumped around”. I’d suggest checking the pump that does that, as opposed the drainage one.

ParticipantRe: Seimens, Bosch or Panasonic Washing Machine?
Spanish engineered, Polish built, expensive service. I’d still get a Bosch, cheaper to buy, less reclaimed cotton insulation so a bit noisier but just as unreliable as the Siemens.

Heating fault. May need rectifying first.

Yes. Just ensure the ventilation conforms to the installation instructions as cooling fans maybe fitted internally.

1. It’s broken.
2. Spend more for quality (researched incase it’s poor quality with a good quality badge)
3. No price wouldn’t guide me too much.
4. It would depend on which was the better product.Hopefully you’ll get more response from Jo public and not Mr smart arse.

I tried humor, Martin’s hard work though & is UK whitegoods resident ego. I do enjoy reading crap though, that’s pretty funny.

Check brushes first. Takes 30 seconds.

ParticipantRe: Zanussi ZWG1140M – Pump rattle
It’s no good moaning about Chinese “quality” when it’s an opinion not having a component on a component, it’s likely a manufacturer demanding not to have it fitted and it’s passed EU and UK safety guidance/regulation/standards. But hey like all ignorant Brits, let’s bring in immigration and then complain or demand crap and then blame those dumb Chinese for making it.

Try cleaning around the square plastic button with an old tooth brush, sometimes they get crud which prevents it pushing back enough. If not change the switch, it’s not difficult.

Tap into system and measure pressures, likely fault on that side, you’ve kinda answered your own question.
