ParticipantI’ve got a Fluke and a couple of Meggers, but I also have a UNI-T 533 which does everything.

ParticipantIts not something I’ve ever comes across personally but have heard plenty of other engineers get it. From my understanding its the selector on the display board causing the issue, just an annoying beep not an actual fault. Theres a buzzer on that board you can just desolder and remove.

ParticipantKnown fault with a few of these machines, new display PCB or remove the buzzer.

ParticipantCorrect part number is 12014980:

On these machines I ALWAYS fit genuine heatpumps, there are cheaper copy versions that often say they fit when they don’t.

ParticipantOne thing to note with Bosch heatpumps, there are some that look the same and will physically fit, but if you use the wrong one the machine will run the cycle without heating.

Participant2400W + 3700W = 6100W.
6100W / 230V = 27A
Yes the gas hob has been in for years, but will be pulling next to no power for just the ignition.

ParticipantTest both heaters with a megger, seen a couple with minor earth leaks cause funy issues like this.

ParticipantThey can be a bit fiddly, I usually use a stanley blade to pop them off.

ParticipantFirst thing I would check is the heatpump. They are common to fail on these machines and would give the symptoms you describe.
Word of caution if that is at fault, check on the Neff website with your full ENR number to make sure you source the correct one and only use a genuine part as there are a few different ones that look physically the same but are not interchangeable.

ParticipantSeen this many times with Samsungs, replacing the board should sort it.
