    Hi folks.

    I used to be a topsy turvey upside down sort of person, but I have seen the light, yes I am converted, I always lift the tub off now, certainly on this model, its so much easier and in the eyes of the customer, much more professional. I have also had good success lately in chasing these sort of leaks by running the machine with red food colouring inside, then looking for the tell tale bloodstains!. Look out for the pin hole leaks in the stainless steel around the salt filler, had several of those.

    Will check that E nr, but I didnt think these new glasses were that bad!.

    Thanks Dave….But can I trouble you to verify this as its a special order non returnable at £40-50.

    This one comes up as ” Element defrost”. As the customer is complaining that it wont cook her cakes I am a little uncertain that this is the one.

    When you take the back off the connections to this (o/c) element are right in front of you.

    Typographical Error, should be WTL5500GB/01. FD8003.
