No dave this one looks like a small version of a washing machine element and fits directly into the pump housing connect want the 20 digit number before they will look it up and I cant find any numbers on it.even though they are suppose to be argos supplier of parts.
yep all numbers I rang just went to answerphone asking you to send email to customer services even the one for accounts.
yep i know that but this is just the horizontal lights none of the vertical lights come on and it dosn`t show a last error code detected . Its not stopping it still goes through program it`s just customer complaining of flashing lights.

yep thats the one dave. any chance you could send over the test program and parts diagram.When they say magnet has the motor got a tacho on it or is there a sensor on the belt somewhere.thanks mike
I have got an integrated one now doing the same thing remaining in the closed position with the door open.
when you open the door the catch stays in the closed position so you can`t shut the door the next time I have changed the latch but it still seems to do it.at first I thought that the top rail was bending allowing the catch to jump over the hole in the door.
checked waste pipe and pump because I thought it might have something to do with draining can find no blockages so how dose it sense that its empty.
Thanks Dave But I think I have sorted it. It should be compulsory for the customer to read the instructions. I reset everything I think she had it on auto seems to be ok now only time will tell
