    I also find tipping the appliance back and keeping it there makes re allignment a lot easier, the drum will otherwise drop. main faults are stats, make sure venting is ok in and out and you can see thru filter ok. 😉

    Sounds like you door may not be sealing is the d/w level?.
    Try scooping water out with a dish cloth.

    I think you will have to get a new door as i have not yet found any glue to stick these back on and also has to be fire proof.

    Hi

    If the seal pushes into a grove you should really buy a new seal as using glue normally dosnt work and is a pain to get off if in the future you decide to change the seal.

    Have you set the timer clock?, the oven wont work unless you do.

    As far as i can remember lg do not have a capacitor, Appears more to be a motor fault.

    Appears element is faulty if stat light and fan run when switched on to oven but no heat, sometimes there is a burnt wire to heating element, Mike

    Yeah evap plate clean customer went on holiday for 2 weeks and switched off appliance, any ice would have defrosted looks like system fault, thanks Mike

    hi funkyboogy, been to look at machine today mod rs21fcsv s/n 847243cw500194d. Running freezer at -5 normally runs at -20, motor always running no large ice build up anywhere to show lack of gas maybe pot?. appreciate any advice thanks, mike

    Yep dry joint on relay on pcb, bit of a pain to get out but it works ok. Thanks.
