When you look at the fluff filter at bottom of front of machine, is there a black pipe there..if not this is where this pipe should be rooted, and not where you have it at the moment. I am not sure if you can purchase the stopper/cover seperately, although anything that fits inside tightly should be fine, i will however see if the part is available and let you know..

Do you mean the very narrow hose that should be located near the removable filter behind the flap at front if machine? If so then this should have some sort of cap over the end, otherwise water will run out as the machine fills!

From what i can see in the pictures, its a black rubber hose?
This is not the correct hose to be attached to the pump, and you say the other end is going nowhere! If its going nowhere then you surely will have a leak?Martin

Was thinking it may be that, martin, but even with door wide open and interlock manually latched, using my patented latching tool (terminal screwdriver).. Its still bot unlatching for around 15-20 minutes…

Can possibly be tested without removal, but I have had false readings this way,and as its more than likely failed…better off removing..

It’s located under the big rectangular aluminium part you see at top right (with top removed)..
Held on by bolts around the edge, make careful note off all wiring before removal, better still take a photo with your phone….Martin

I think there is a switch at the back, that activates the “tank full” light.. Thats probably faulty,or stuck, or pump itself faulty

Forgot to add, that even with interlock manually latched, it still takes forever.

Well door boot was pretty easy, few cuts on pinkies, but nothing life threatining!
Customer also complained of door taking ages to unlock, ranging from 20 mins, to the following morning!.. Pressure vessel clear as a bell, presssure switch seems fine.
I put it down to faulty interlock, and door catch, so have now changed these items.
I now have exactly the same problem, am i missing the obvious here?
