    Thanks for that, I don’t suppose anyone can help me with a wiring diagram for this machine? like I said the wiring is in a bit of a mess.

    I think I had better call back out and double check the serial no. because I am sure it is just a washing machine. I’ll get back to you. cheers 😕

    Checked the circulation fan and it is clear, customer confirms that she puts clothes in sets program and does not interupt it. Also looked into fitting a new timer but this machine has the digital program selector type of timer and a module to detect dryness, ie not the usual timer found on these dryers, module was going to cost me about 50 quid plus vat, so I have had to wave the white flag and refund the customer for work carried out.

    Thanks Simon, I had already checked that, I reckon Martin is right about it being a wiring fault, spent an other hour on it today but I cant find anything dodgy. TIMES UP!! I will just have to sell the customer a new washer.

    checked motor plug, changed motor plug and still doing the same thing!! 😡

    Hey, guess what… got a 530001500 turns out my customer thought her machine was just over a year old….. 😡
    When we checked properly it’s nearly five! so ordered a 530000101 from my local supplier and I am still waiting.

    You said you could get this door lock for me Dave, can we sort something out please.

    wow thanks dave, that was quick……

    don’t want to appear totally thick but is that the diplomat part number you have given me?

    If so do you know any suppliers?

    I really only deal with a local supplier, who laughed at me and seme, no Diplomat machines on their disc.
