Hi 13e is a communication error between the main and sub PCB’s I’ve seen the wires get chaffed inbetween the 2 PCB’s causing it to trip the RCD I would check there 1st.
    Good luck.

Looks like carbon dust on the PCB and it looks like there’s dry joints top left corner. These machines do have problems with the heaters having a low insulation and sometimes residual current leakage from the heater under load that’s not always detectable with your meter that can cause the fault you have.

    Good luck BigCol.

I’ve also been to my fair share of these over the years an have had little success with just cleaning the connections on the interface most of the time i’ve had to change the interface PCB as well.

    Good luck Panther.

The part you need is MDI673001700057 from connect/repaircare and these are listed as alternatives BMTX673001700057 STV082638693 that you should be able to get from else where if you dont want to use connect.

    Hope this is helps.

Tell her to contact Samsung. If it is under 5 yrs old she needs to tell them she has an air flow problem as per the Watchdog fault. She should get a FOC repair.

Personally, I like LG products, but had it not been for the fact that I have a good working relationship with CDSL, I wouldn’t have been doing LGs work. I think that LG will miss the support given by Repaircare, as the spares setup and availability of spares for LG are second to none. We will see!

    Amen to that!!

    Re: Hoover/Candy/GIAS Called Me Up…

Funny this thread has started up again!! We havnt had requests for call outs for years, they tried with several calls a couple of years ago but we were having none of it.(tub changes). We have had requests for us to supply them with spares though!!!??? And this about 3 weeks ago! We havnt stocked Candover spares for years. Funny old world, what goes around comes around eh?!
