True, but in the spirit of Jeremy’s current thread, he hasn’t told her exactly how to do it…… Chaos will no doubt ensue if she tries to follow his advice and who knows? Another job for repairs@?

The thin metal rod will be the thermostat probe. In what way does the oven not work? Model number would also help…….. 😀

Oh, FFS Jeremy. UKW as a whole is here to benefit YOU. And me, and all the rest of us. And it has to be paid for somehow……..

Please look a bit further than the end of your nose.

Right. In that case, would you please start from the beginning…… What is the machine doing? No motor action? No speed control? What does “No electronics” mean?

The Public Forums have a sticky at the top outlining what the site is prepared to tell them. All Trade Posters in the Public Forums should read and take on board.

Mr Conway has asked you once, I am asking you again – what are you trying to do with the motor?

This site exists in part to assist people to safely repair appliances. We do not advise on other applications.

To be fair, we actually do very little “moderating”. It’s more of a nudge and a push and some discreet editing from time to time. Unless you’re Softus, of course :rolls: .

Oh, and you do get to tell Gegsy off. For all the good it does…… And let off steam……. The Yurtesen thread is most educational………….

    Welcome aboard Jim,
