It’s a Beko in a frock……. Probably some sort of timer fault if it carries on past the stop position.

Being a Comet special you will have to contact them for spares pricing and info.

I think if you check the electrical regs they now specify that a cut-off device is mandatory in the case of overheating. An auto re-set thermostat is not a cut-off, and in the event of a control stat sticking in the closed position will exacerbate the problem by cycling the machinen at an even higher temperature.

It just isn’t safe, and it’s against the regs.

    Re: Hygena 8212 door lock

Door outer panel must be removed for access. Power off and be VERY careful of the stainless steel door inner – you can shave with the edges.

If you’re not confident, get pro help – check repairs@ or Directories for a UKW repairer in your area.

Flash of inspiration – we can reduce the unemployment reigister by getting people to walk along in fromt of the horseless carriage carrying a red flag, as well as bringing speeds down to a safe level.

Two birds with one stone – how can it fail?

161460 now obsolete – get ’em while you can.

Another cunning ploy by Hotpoint perhaps? Ensure that the remaining GEC motors get cooked by the awful 1600474…….

    Or am I being paranoid?

Tell me he’s signed up for ISE – delivery by kiddy trailer on back of bike.

I really want to be VERY rude to him.
