“Neff” is the integrated brand name used by Bosch, so decent quality, make sure that you get the two year warranty (just in case).

The pressure chambers trap air as the water level rises, this is displaced into the pressure switches to control the water level.

Most continental machines are designed to run on concrete floors, not our wooden suspended floor. Putting carpet under the feet raises the machine off the floor and exacerbate the problem.
Bear in mind that 1600 spin is totally excessive, which will lead to short bearing and motor life and as you are finding, big vibration problems.
As your retailed has been kind enough to offer an exchange, plump for an 11/1200 machine and things should improve markedly.

It’s a chuffing Zanussi – it’s on TDS and it doesn’t have the usual IWMS – it’s got a separate double pressure chamber set-up with double pressure switches. Bet it’s still sludged up though.

Regret numbers supplied incorrect – cannot access Bosch files. Please recheck for numbers engraved into top inner edge of door,or label on top edge of casing.

You are looking for a small chamber on the r/h side at the bottom of the machine, with two hoses and two round blocks attached to it – these are the pressure switches and chambers. They must be clean of all residues, also check feed hoses running back across the machine.Safety first……..

It certainly is – a thorough rodding out with a tie-rap usually does the trick; a long skinny bottle brush is even better.
