Had the same problem with one last year which turned out to be the pcb.
I was very sceptical at the time but everything else checked out okay.
Changed pcb, once i worked out the coding. Not heard a mummer since.

Sorry guys, its with head held low that i must confess i’ve today received the latest recruitment drive letter from Gbdar.

My pen is poised! The wolves have been at the door for some time and the£31 per call is looking like the only way out.

Please forgive me like those that have gone before me.It seems you don’t always learn by your mistakes.

It really is a sad day.

    Depends on the model John?

If its anywhere from 3-6yrs old then its a water level and or top spray arm problem.
Check sump hose for blockages and side chamber. Is the top arm rotating? They tend to where and not rotate

k, we’ve been recieving repairs@ from the beginning thanks. The thing with d&g is that we’ve been 5 star agents with them for 4 years but that does not seem to matter when the manufactuers get back involved, we end up get royally f**ked because of it.
we might go into selling fish food instead, you get no complaints or bogus insurance claims

It seems to be the other way with DAG at the moment. With the loss of whirlpool, hotpoint, smeg brands we just seem to be getting only a handfull of jobs (all shite brands) from them each day instead of around 15-20.
not looking good for us at the moment! any ideas chaps?

    Re: Siemens Washer /Dryer

Bosch/siemens haven’t made there own washer dryer for some time.
All there washer/dryers on sale now are hoover’s in a skirt!
Generally Seimens stuff comes out of germany where as the bosch is Poland among others.

Tell your friend to buy a shed and put a tumble dryer out there and buy seperate washing m/c
