Thanks for getting back to me Martin, that was from diagnostics. i had ran it through all the test procedures without a problem and recorded the last error code on my phone. So what does the bottom light flashing 5 times mean please?

It’s a fiver for a accepted jobs.
you can then put your sticker on the machine and keep the customer.
It’s cost me more in advertising in the past, I was paying £10 a job to a couple
Vacuum cleaner repair shops 20 years ago.
As I say not every can take that many jobs,
Hopefully most of his customers will be happy to change, but there will be some loses.

Update. He has not sold his business,
I am going to pay £5 a job for repairs within the M25 and potters bar.
But most of the jobs are north of this Hertford and surrounding areas
Aprox 35 jobs a week which he’s wiling to do same deal, Ideal for somebody going out on own, but its all jobs or none.

Ah thanks Martin you have saved my bacon for about the 1000th time :salute: . i did check the solenoids at the bottom for continuity and they were fine, do they come off easily? i can’t quite remember how they fit on. Thanks again 😀
