ParticipantYes, I’m finding the same. Get most of mine from Connect, their ego versions and have had the one you mention and the Neff half moon elements go again regularly. I have just swapped to gen to see if that fixes it but from what you say it probably won’t.

ParticipantBroken wire from the board to the pump? I had a Beko that jumped and the concrete block broke the wire that runs down by the door interlock.

ParticipantBeen back to this today and it’s showing an E72 code. The manual shows it as an output drying ntc failure.
Does anyone know where this ntc is located please? It lists two but doesn’t say which one is which. Thanks,

ParticipantThat’s great, thanks Dave.

ParticipantJust to update this, I fitted a new sensor (10015047) and the machine is now working fine.

ParticipantHeater was working ok, it would heat for the first few minutes before it started flashing.

ParticipantI called back to this one yesterday and ran the diagnostic sequence (thanks again Dave) It came up with an E15 code. E15= heater relay glued contacts, replace the power card.

ParticipantThanks Dave.

ParticipantA bit late now but I have had a two of this type of machine that if overloaded the front weight hits and breaks the wires that go down to the pump. They break just below the door interlock and on both occasions I had to repair the wiring and also replace the board.

ParticipantThanks Dave for your time, I will give it a go.
Thanks,

ParticipantIf you have no joy with anything else I would double check the heater. The first time this happened to me I arrived at the job (no heat) and the machine worked fine. I left and told the customer to call if it happened again.
A day or two later I had the call to go back and this time no heat. They seem to go at the point that the wire attaches to the heater.ray.t
ParticipantI’ve had a few of these now that the wire snaps off inside the heater. I think it was the thick black wire that had come away.
