I dont know. I asked him what was happening and he said the clothes were just wet at the end but he then said that they were a bit warm.
How do you get to the bottom hose of the condensor does the front have to come off?
He did say that he uses the dryer alot so it could just be that its blocked up.

Thanks for that. I have just spoken to the tenant and he has told me that the clothes come out wet and warm at the end. He has been in the property for 7 years so does know how to use it.
Are you saying that it is normal for there to be no water through the valves to the condensor on those settings? If so how does the condensor work?
I didnt check the hose, does the front come off to gain access to the condensor/hose

Thanks. As the washing machine was going to be scrap if I couldn’t fix it I thought I would give it a go. Tried it on 2 washes last night and it seems to work ok.
I will try a few more washes today and see what happens.

Thanks Martin for that. I have spoken to the customer again and he has told me that after we left he tried it again and now only the bottom spray arm will work. Can these cause intermitent problems. He has complained that the dishes are still dirty at the end of the cycle and that the soap has not been washed away from the dispenser, but not every time sometimes it does wash ok.

Hi, Thanks I have taken the panel off and had a look, all the hoses look like new.
I can hear the pump come on and off its not syphoning and its doing it as it fills.
