    if it is the one with the small potentiometer/selector it is that which is faulty i have changed tonnes the most common 502050300 about £10.If you select stop it spins if you move it really slowly it will reset.

    i also have one with a dodgy display is this the kind i have read about where you have to change both pcbs or is that when the main one is faulty?

    there is a m9503w and a m9503w-1for the m9503 dryer board is 502026300 and the stat is 526011300

    I thought it could be in fllod mode so i tipped it up and no water came out.

    split the dispensor and dbore it back together vaery common problem on servis machines done loads.

    I am only owed about £700 so by the time you lose a days work and fuel costs etc prob not worth it for me.Can you not register your claim by post etc?

    i had one with a knocking noise eventually changed the belt and cured it
