check the thermal fuse at the backl of the oven coming off the mains block clipped to the cavity prone to going o/c and fan oven dead.

same here she said someone will call me back re the situation (i doubt it) but said they where operating from a new building as they had to get out of the old one as admins where in!.

been trying wgs all day on land line and mobile not answering.I am totally pi**ed off with this situation there seem to be so many rumours flying about we will/wont get paid,are there any spares deliveries gonna appear and who from,who is gonna replenish van stock as i am out of everything popular so every job is going to be 2 visits to complete and now i have been trying to fax a couple of complete sheets for the turkish machines and the fax line at SUK is off.A simple email to all parties from either the administrators or liquidators or whoever is running the operation now would maybe calm a lot of nerves.
It is all well and good receiving payment this month for last months calls but will there be any more money left to pay this months calls? as surely the money has to come eventually from Servis.

Had an email this morning from sara saying the company i invoice wgs the company they work for has been nationalised so all money is safe. You dont know who or what to believe all i know is i believe in the green and until i see the colour of there money no more calls will be complete other than d and g call swhich i am invoicing direct.

Just wondering if anyone still completing the calls or have you put them on stop we have not up to now.I tried sara this afternoon but her mobile was off.

Thanks for reply matey going up all the time lucky its a b/in w/dryer if it was free standing prob would have went to the scrap heap in the sky!!

there are a few versions if i remember rightly one side should be closed(o/load) and i cant remember if the other closes at low temp or opens at high temp but if there was a problem with this you would get an iced up vap.

straightforward i thought whitegoods servicing is where we send the invoices to and they issue payment within a couple of days we receive a statement from suk with all completed jobs on then cut and paste onto an invoice and send it to whitegoods servicing and pam works for them.

4 wires are the cycling stat and o/load if these go faulty evap ices up,only comes with the heater changed a few but dead will be module changed a few.

The company ‘Servis UK’ has gone into liquidation but has not in fact worked for the last 12 months. The sister company Antonio Merloni spa UK branch is still going and will honour all workings. As this company is reliant on this work, there is no problem and the work will continue. I hope that your mind is put at rest.

got an email back this morning saying servis uk gone into liquidation but antonio merloni spa uk is still fine and all payments will be made.
