    Thanks very much for the reply it is a bit of a nightmare but who do you tell the customers to claim off?

    I also have a few jobs booked for them this week a few are d and g calls may try rining them see if i can invoice direct to them.What is the best advice re doing the calls this week as i have never been in this situation before?.

    portwest trousers with built in knee pads company polo shirts,jumper or fleece depend on weather.So many people comment that they get confidence if you look the part.one guy up here if he knocked on my door i would close the curtains a right state!!!.

    done a search and seen these boards usually fail with the spluttering of the water dispensor i have asked the guy to check his water and it dispenses fine any other advice appreciated going back tomorrow.

    tell cust to open filter flap if there are a series of 2 digit numbers down the side of the sticker it is janus if not it aint.personally i would do just selector as i have changed loads

    changed tonnes of selectors on these for this kind of fault if you select stop to reset and it doesnt move the dial really slowly either way and you will find it resets change the selector and all will be well again.

    i use a little bosch 3.6vlithium driver it is small enough to fit in my toolbox perfect for our job and has a little torch on it perfect for cookers,but the best thing about it is the angled attatchment which i use all the time brilliant and diccounted at the min at B & Q to £22 so i bought another as back up.

    We have temp checked it and had a glass of water in the fridge to test as well.I have never seen this before and the cust says it wasnt like that before.
