    called today found side tank partially blocked,as fill tube.cleared and now ok.

    Greg, yes the customer tells me it does heat, she feels the prog takes too long, but as you say thats normal, is that the case also on low temperatures, as she feels it never used to do this.

    Mike, thanks for your help,but the part I need is a plug in only element..
    ie. plugs into a 3 pin socket, neff & bosch use same type!!

    Tested heater circuit ok..have no neg to heater !!

    rang baumatic, this part will not fit this oven, as the part I need is only a single element push fit..teres are twin elements.
