ParticipantRe: Manual defrost
If its cooling ok then it is unlikely to be anything to worry about.

Most likely the main oven switch on this model.

Inside the fridge behind the vegetable draws is the water precooler for the water dispenser.
This will be frozen and you will need to defrost it.
This is the first sign the insulation on the panel behind the cooler is breaking down and you will need a new panel.

It will be a fan or a self defrosting fault.
Empty the fridge and freezer and turn it off with the doors open for 48 hours / 2days to allow it to fully defrost as any ice will be behind the panels.
when you turn it back on leave it for 4 to 6 hours and if it has cured the problem but it returns after 3 to 6 Weeks it will be a fault with the defrost system.
If it does not cure the fault it will most likely be a fan fault.

ParticipantRe: BEKO Fridge Freezer CDA539FW
It would be the windings on the compressor or the compressor starting to seize or a blockage in the refrigeration system.
It draws too much power then cuts out on the thermal overload.
If it was a more expensive fridge it would have been worth fitting a new compressor but on a normal size Beko it would be BER.
( Beyond economical repair )

It’s the compressor PTC relay assembly and start capacitor.

ParticipantRe: BEKO Fridge Freezer CDA539FW
If it runs for a few seconds and cuts out it will be a faulty compressor and not a relay.

Try a 48 hour defrost as it may have built up too much ice.
Empty the fridge and freezer turn it off and leave the doors open for 48 hours / 2 Days.
When you turn it back on it should be back to normal after about 4 hours if not you may have a refrigerant of fan problem.

ParticipantRe: Freezer low temp buzzer sounding
In that case check to see if you have a sensor or a thermostat wire loose from the freezer evaporator as this may be triggering the alarm to say it’s not cold enough.

Is the freezer cooling ok.as you may has caused a leak on the evaporator.
Ok

ParticipantRe: Temperature varies too much.
A lot of the newer AEG models use the same system.
It points to a faulty fan motor in the fridge as this fan works to circulate the air in the fridge section and would then not cool correctly in the fridge the coolmatic is for fast cooling of the fridge and normal setting the fan works automatically as it is required.
On the older models it took the cold air from the freezer and only had one fan fitted to the freezer.
On your model it has a wet wall fridge and operates indipendently from the freezer.
It uses a changeover valve in the refrigeration circuit.

I agree with Brian it will be the defrost heater.

No the fans on that model operate indipendently.
If you go to the settings and set to coolmatic for the fridge section to see if the fan works.

I have just looked at a picture of your model and this model has a separate fan in the fridge.
It may be a fan problem or a refrigerant problem.
Check to see if the compressor motor at the back is running hot if it is it may be low on refrigerant as this model has a wet wall and controlled by a diverter valve.
