    I know a lot of agents not part of UKW and they have all been sticking together some have felt threatened and taken legal advice at cost but I am sure not many have paid and hopefully get the same result.
    All good things come to he who waits.
    Thanks to Ken,Jakel and everyone on UKW for showing support so we know we are not alone taking on the big boys.
    I contacted Sovereign and Zolfo Cooper myself but also used some of the advice given on UKW so only the cost of postage lost fighting the good fight.
    I wonder if Sovereign wants to take on trying to get the money owed to us.

    I received a reply to my letter sent on the 11th of May.
    Almost the same as Jonah’s Administrators not persuing.
    I hope no one gave into presure to pay, at least it reduces the money owed to us.
    It shows the independents and the UK Whitegoods are a force not to be ignored or walked over. By sticking together we can win the day.

    You may get a shock one day as I did on an early call.
    A few years ago when I worked for a company the girl in the office booked a call for me for 5am as the customer works nights.
    I knocked on the door and the man opened the door in pink boxer shorts and he had a glass eye but his eye was missing so I was just looking at his empty eye socket he said he had just got into bed but to carry out the repair and let myself out when finished.
    After the call I phoned the girl in the office and told her, she had a sense of humour as she laughed and replied he had told her he would keep an eye out for me.

    This is a defrost system fault, defrost sensor or heater fault. but you will need an engineer to test. You can request an engineer at repairs @ ukw if you do not know a local repairer. I hope this advice helps as the module is locking out when in defrost mode.

    IF THE PROBLEM RETURNS IT WILL NEED A NEW DOOR DUE TO FAULTY INSULATION IN THE DOOR.

    The water has frozen in the door due to faulty insulation in the door or fridge set too cold. Open the door and warm up the door with a hair dryer keeping the hair drier moving not just in one place and this should clear it in 10 to 15 miniutes.

    New agents for Jtm are having problems with invoices not being paid I know 6 having problems and have put Jtm on stop any more out there ?
