    Re: ise2 door interlock

    Thanks Jim

Yes I suppose I am an agent, having sold them?

Just having trouble getting the parts from Nicola, she cant find the registration docs of my customer. I cant allow my customer to have this delay as its still under 1 year old, so I am trying to source the interlock myself.

    Will try the INT51

    Thanks

    Hi Paul

If its the one I think it is, you have two screw holes top and bottom. Just use two small self tapping screws, just make sure they are not too long.
I have done this on numerous occassions.

    Hi Don

    The link dont work?

The reason I need int is that the machine according to cust doesnt stop at the end, says it pulses.

I suspect the valve is briefly opening at the end of the prog.

Having read through the ise forum it appears to be caused by the door int?

    Thanks anyway

    Re: Hotpoint FEW12

Def NOT me… guy comes into the shop with what was left of bearings (outer sleeve from tub!!!) he ask me if I had “these bearing in the shop” 😆 .

I happened to have tub assy from one I broke up in the shop.

So off he goes all happy.Wife calls on Sat to say sparks flying from machine.

Went up today, board is well blown!

Just felt sorry for her, was going to see if I had aboard lying around.

And you CAN wire the board up incorrectly. Also the pressure switch.

I know the wiring on the board, just wanted to check the pressure switch connections

But thanks anyway, least you took time to reply 🙂

    Hi Jim

Any feedback on reliability, with that number sold, you must have a feeling on any faults.

I have sold a few of the ISE2 unfortunately got problems with one.

    Out of 3 sales

I want to sell more but just need a bit reassurance

    Re: Free Estimate.

We used to give free estimates, but stopped couple of years back and haven’t noticed any drop in work.
Only ever had 1 person complain at being charged (even though she had been told over the phone).
Most are happy to pay a small fee to find out whether it is worth having their machine repaired.

    Re: Masterfix

I filled out their form but never received a reply to say whether they had got it. I tried sending an email to them but it bounced back?

    Whats going on?

Has anyone else had contact with them.

After logging in you go to the Engineer Area tab, then contract information.

Steve explained it in an earlier post.
