    Hi Simon

I have been working on a prob with one of these machines, does your machine heat in both directions?

Does your dryer have a manual time setting to see if the prob is to do with the sensing for dryness.

I am sure youve thought of this but just in case, make sure there is a damp load in the dryer when checking.

    Hi Rob

Just read thru your fault, this is identical to what I have. I tested everything and came to conclusion it has to be PCB….WRONG 😳 I tried new one and still the same fault. I suspect it can only be thermister… but which one, there are 2. One on exhaust and another to protect heater?

Can you let me know how you got on

    Thanks
    Brian

Cheers Keith, any help welcome, I assume you mean high pressure pressure switch?. I remember them from my Hoover days, no easy way to test that one.

Hi Just a thought, how did customer check power to mains filter. I remember a customer swearing that power was at machine. When I tested there was no neutral, the guy had used a mains tester you know the screwdriver kind.

Apart from that it sounds like main PCB

Thanks for all the replys, wires in door were the first thing I checked, shame as its nice and easy….as this machine has 3 yes 3 pressure switches (and I’ve made sure all the tubes were clear) its really awckward trying to trace wires thats why I hoped I could get a diagram.

    Thanks again all

Seem to remember had same fault a few months ago, like you I was on module route. Can’t recall why I checked brushes but did and that was it. Worn brushes.

    Re: Zanussi ZT102

    Hi Martin.
I have fitted both from EMW (normally fix first time). 1st timer would not stop at the end of the cycle, it would move on into another program. The second one I fitted has this problem of no supply to cold valve when on cond rinse it just stops. The other rinses are ok, strange as the only difference I can see is the cam moves the fill nozzle onto the cond compartment.
The nice lads from EMW are sending me another, hopefully I can put this to bed.

    Thanks again for reply Martin
