They fitted doorlock. Didnt work. PCB fitted and motor fuse? as reported by customer. She got her moneys worth out of Hotpoint then 😀

Power off drain pump off remove object. If jammed it will just hum.

In the end i fitted it as a replacement to the terminal block and screwed it to chassis.

What a nasty cooker. Have to remove back panel and insulation from rear to get at element housing. very itchy. Element fits a treat. Ta Bryan.

I have another, serial number 02814405 doing the same thing. Customer reports intermitttent. Fault confirmed. Removed motor which landed on base with a thump when it came off the drum. Now works ok 😕 and carbons good.all components meggered. please can you help with how to complete diagnostics.
