Sorry mate, you were right, 😡 Base off job – as the fan motor & container make it impossible to access the heat pump, you cant even lift the module out!
Will know for next time though.

No need to take base off for heat pump replacement.
If that’s what you meant!
I think there’s a locking tab which you press in then twist the distributor off, anyway I’ll find out on Tuesday next.

Didnt show any code as the customer had reset machine, then unplugged it for half hour.
So no flashes to check !
what will code be for overflow fault ?

Yes , I have been asked for those details too for some company who’s name I don’t recall.
Declined job anyway.
I now only work for Joe public, no business’s , no corporations .
Am very choosy with landlords as well, get a deposit up front .
Estate agents are the worse, so told them where to go too -(politely)
Red tape, I can’t be doin’ with it anymore.

Cheers for the feedback chaps.
Will go back & do some more tests.
I did check the valve on the lhs tank, but couldn’t get to the contacts on the valve at the front of the chamber.
Maybe take a heat pump with me as well.

Bosch dishwasher leak from heat pump not had; Yet !
but leak in base many times, can rarely find the cause 😕
I dread the E15 error when customer calls.

Note to Martin;
replaced pump , still the same.
Spent alot of time on this , Ah well cant win ’em all!
Shes going back to Siemens after my advice to do so.
