If you only have partial freezing of the back panel its because of either a refrigerant leak or poor performance from the compressor.
Engineer would be required and neither would be a cheap fix.

ParticipantRe: Maytag side by side
Tilted back at 45 degrees and 4 screws released enough gap to slide condenser out, cracked copper pipe just before joint with condenser, probably over heated during manufacture, repaired and ready to replace.

The more uncovered food or liquid the more moisture will find it’s way to the tray.

ParticipantRe: What’s the most stupid things customers say?
I was confronted with aren’t you retried ? “no I’m here with my tools “,my dishwasher broke down a couple of years 😯 ago and we thought we should get it fixed.
Christ I thought as I opened the door to find festering brown liquid still in there,”can you do anything with it”?
Can’t believe them sometimes, would have taken a discreet pic but didn’t have the chance as I was concentrating on making a quick exit.spimps
ParticipantRe: Stoves American Fridge Freezer
Could be the water solenoid valve sticking, possibly a result of not being used for a while.High water pressure might also be a possibility, valve struggles to shut off supply.
Valve is at rear just after the water supply connection,SWITCH OFF beofre investigating.spimps
ParticipantRe: Samsung door reversal
The link was supposed to be to the user manual on Samsung site.
Google search with make and model will bring it up.Doesn’t mention door reversal which user manuals usually do if it is possible.
Perhaps one of the samsung agents on here can give you a definitive answerspimps
ParticipantRe: Samsung door reversal
When changing over door hang often the top hinge is swapped with the bottom which then are the opposite hand, although couldn’t say for definet on your model.

Ranco VT9 with a 1200mill length capillary would do the job, comes in a kit form.

Peugot Expert, loaded to the gunnels, has 11000.00 on clock but runs very nicely, decent on fuel but dont the mileage now.
With 11 months to 65 it will be my last van so will keep it as long as possible as I will be carrying on after retirement date although even choosier than now 😉spimps
ParticipantRe: Zanussi Fridge Freezer ZKR 59/39 R
a while since i worked on one but:
Need to check the evaporator, its at the back of the fridge now enbedded in the back plastic wall which I think this one was,if the evaporator is totally covered in ice it could be the thermostat.
If you can see a fitting on the back plate of the fridge where there is a screw holding a plate to the rear wall it houses the thermostat phial.
If there is no frost around it then it could be refigerant loss if there is frost then it probably will be the thermostat.
As it is freezing all the stuff it doesn’t sound like a refrigerant loss, stick a pic of it up if you can
Cheers

ParticipantRe: Beko Ap930 not cooling enough
You would need to switch off with door open for a minimum of 24 hours,36 would be better to ensure full clearance, sounds likle you have partially cleared it.
If it then happens again frther investigation would be needed. -
