    you will need to know the date customer purchased the oven

    sounds like you have a problem with the mains cable terminal block.make sure its connected properly, and links (if any ) are in place ,of course, make sure you turn power off before putting tools/ fingers in,,,,

    is the fan motor working?
    if the motor is not working or running slow it will cause the fan element to overheat and burn out

    i have the fan motor you want in stock its a genuine neff part,its fairly easy to change, ive been repairing neff oven as well as all makes of ovens for 32 years

    (cheaper than connect)

    it depends ehat the inner clamp band is ,there are two types either a spring type inner band or wire type
