Yes seen that, thanks I was asking if anyone knew of a replacement or if any one has tried fitted an alternative thats much much cheaper. (not knocking the shop price as thats the going rate) the switch is certainly not worth that amount for a bit of plastic and brass contacts!LOL if you buy at that add a little mark up charge labour you can buy the oven for not much more!

HI, I have had three with the same fault, i referred the first one back to Bosch which was three months out of warranty and they covered it for him, it was main board fault.
Maybe they have an issue with it normally they won’t cover one day over let a lone three months!

One side had snapped! So replaced the kit and found still leaking.
It’s quite a heavy long door so to fit it they have had to overhang the top of the outer decor door above control panel by 3 inches, so the door can swing under.
You then get a filler strip below the worktop which eventually swells with the heat this prevents door from closing properly.

I will quote them for panel! Thanks for the replies.

    Hi Thanks, for confirming.

I just been out to one today same model, tried the usual as you did, float switch to try for some life nothing, changed the side meter sensor.
No signs of damage on pcb –
Then looked up and found your post great to confirm that. 😉
    The question is the cause?

Lamp filaments just broken not black or shorted as I have seen before the thread inside the lamp holder no marks!
Which is stange! Is this lamp relay then?

    Thanks

Yep considered that and explained to customer when emptywash timings can be much quicker!
The heater was my first check as had issues before on Bosch stuff.
Resistance fine and no earth fault – and it does heat up.
Now whether heating up fully as not stayed around for that.
Doesn’t explain why rinses sticking and now spin?
The machine pumps out just goes quiet before just sitting there according to customer.

    Re: iwde126 door latch problem

No havent done the lock enlargement!
Have shaved a bit of the trim as I know the some of the vestel machines had similar issue which wouldn’t allow the pecker to drop over to the lock made no difference.
Yes tried the original pecker and spring and new one made no difference.

    Re: iwde126 door latch problem

I have had a few of these recent handle jobs generally all ok straight forward though the last one thought quick job 7pm still on it!
Replaced the handle kit only genuine one C00259035 the door open and closes fine.
You turn machine on close door, hear a faint click from the door lock light still flashing does start.
Give it a firm slam and it starts, when finished door clicks flashing light but door won’t open?
Have to again a little thump and it releases.

Tried interlock exactly the same, adjusted door glass plastic cover, notice it has flat side against the lock thought it was that, trimmed a bit off the frame door lock still jamming not releasing.

I can’t explain why its doing this!
Its built in and socket behind no isolator so not sure if there is something more?
Door seal lip or some distortion of the door trim?
You shouldn’t have to slam it! 😕

Cheers Martin, I will try and find out! AFAIK nothing was done in April by the engineer according to customer except reset over heat cut out. so wouldn’t know if mod has been done prior to visit. So if not should this have been done by the engineer?

    Re: Bosch WAS28461GB/07 E29 fault.

I have a Bosch and a Siemens washer that occasionally comes up with this error initial fill starts beeping e29 while still filling water pressure ok and filter clear. Then after it continues through cycle ok?
When you say sensor on the replies do you mean the pressure switch?

Strange why it only does it sometimes some washes work perfect.

    Cheers
