Thanks for that, Defiantly drain pump and filter clear checked that.
    Didn’t notice the condenser.
I didn’t say but..The fault only came up at the end, normally if there was a problem with air flow it would errror out sooner than 3 Hours?.
I need to check further with customer on what load she had in and why for so long!,

Part number for these comes listed 00651956 retail Β£120? plus you mention you can take out from side without removing tank /base? on full size ones I’ve seen it looks as tho you have to remove jubilee clip which is facing the wrong way and the height size shape of motor you can’t pull out not enough access?

Hi Guys, I have been out to one of these, blowing fuses. I checked the relay and it smells burnt out! I can’t locate a relay it states only compressor.
As I don’t know if there is anything else wrong I don’t want to spend over Β£140 on a pot that i can’t use for the sake of a relay.
Is there any other start device that would work on this unit?

    Cheers

In the sump hose next to the level sensor tube you cleaned is a float ball. what happens is that ball gets coated in scale then doesn’t move very well. You already mentioned under the paddle was blocked, the float is designed to move up and down. Either remove paddle and clean the ball and hose with descale solution or best remove sump hose to access and clean off the plastic ball, or even remove it altogether, with it out the way see if it completes without error out. If it still errors out then the could be a coin or something acting as a flap vale in one of the hoses.

Hows This? Is this sorta what you mean πŸ˜‰

Training – more hands on workshop style! knowing the machines inside out. DVD – online demo
ISE & Amica could lead the way.

ISE – Askos move – quality – reliability

Suppliers – why is there such a big price difference spares prices.

Getting new blood into the service, education, promotion, school education on eco stuff getting them interested, starting at the roots!

is there still a need for engineers, are we getting lazy ? is it just guess work? are we just fitters.
Gone are the days of older more mechanical style of repairs when you could strip parts down and fix.
Now more electrical electronics – do engineers know what the components are or do on a pcb, do they change and repair and resolder themselves – would you want to? can we get training – could or would emw or qer offer advice or training?

Charges – average rates freestanding / builtin

Brands engineer steer away from and why myths or legends

Diversity – evolving how to make more money – selling extras

from the news letter- even as a consumer and engineer -interactive appliances, how safe is your information with this technology connected to the internet.

member benefits can we offer more – what would you want?

keeping in touch – sharing information

    Whats in your tool kit?

    Test equipment

What parts do you keep use a lot, can you buy cheaper if in bulk – would or could ukw offer this so engineers can draw from stock?

Think Lawrence does this with machines – buys and has stored at pika pak machines is this something members can do, would do – would it work?

brain hurting now will keep thinking! πŸ˜†

Re: Bosch, Siemens heat pump style dishwashers base leaks

Steve, I had a built in one, found the leak from the side chamber as mentioned, only noticed it by chance a small drip but over a matter of a few washes would e15.
You can tighten from cold but suggest put it on a quick wash and heat up first then tweak it bit more, that seems to sort it out.

    Hi Guys,

First thank you for your comments πŸ˜‰

On this occasion I gonna hold my hands up and say I F&&ked up! :boops:
On reassembling last time, I did not clip in the hose to the back panel securely.
While I had the same symptoms to the original fault thought it reoccured, as I could not find reason previously, jumped to wrong conclusions :rolls:
The drum rubbed a hole in hose and water was pumping up but was p issing out back ontop of condenser box then leaking out of dryer.

    Stupid mistake 😑

    Re: T25 condenser

Elimination… I spent long enough checking it and strip it down to the bone in the first place…
    I sent you the photos.

I know what your saying if it pumps then some how thats not the fault, when it pumps you can see the water trickle in to top box at a reasonable rate,so can’t be blocked either. yet water still remain in box even if you tilt the dryer so the water goes through the very tiny slot from condenser box to pump and its pumping still not getting completely rid, air lock…. ❓

clutching at straws yes am now, but its frustrating, you can see what its suppose to be doing but not sure how long its should run and if the float chamber is full and activates the float switch then that should bring in the pump longer until it drops off πŸ˜• which was question how long does it run for?

Environment, its a dryer I’ve seen dryers in all sorts of locations and it seems not to affect the way they work… maybe more luck πŸ˜• I have to go back and see it at some point today so I will check the size of room, the temperature, the position of the machine and will ask about loads etc.. which gonna be just a normal load you know what customers say and there won’t be a load to hand 😐

I now will have to order those seals I guess it did take a bit to slot them back in when reassembling the 2 o rings around the fan! so this now could be whats causing the environment bit allowing air to leak and create the extra moisture so causing it to leak!! :rolls:

    update later on findings.

Sounds like it could be the pcb card located at the base of the machine, inside a plastic box!
I not sure but it appears its no longer available, but check for dry joints first.
