Re: Domestic and General cutting agents

Well unless we have done something wrong it may be true 🙁

I recieved a letter saying due to restructering they are cutting some agents ❗

Quote ‘this has is no way to do with any of workmanship, its due to the lack of work we give you. Thank you for your support’

we are giving you notice, finish off outstanding work and invoice as soon as. 😯

Its not our fault we can only do the jobs they send us, maybe because we dont do gas or system may be against us ❗

But over the years they have given us all the crapp or stuff others have failed to repair, which we have put up with thinking that we will get more :rolls:

Not the case dont know who they are going to get to cover now or how this will affect the service, it would be nice to know?

I even sent a email explaining how disapointed they have dropped us but to date not even an acknowledgement. :rolls:

Many of our customers who only request us will not be happy and will end up cancelling the policies when they hear.

The amount of money us independents save them I cant believe they want to use manufactures.
For a while we carried out a lot of SF repairs when they went titts up here. Many jobs required just brushes, ex engineer said they used to just change motors?? crazy £7 for brushes motor £60-90 doesnt add up.

If they do come back requesting us to do odd work then sorry on our terms the rates have now doubled 😉

If so why do you keep replying to everyones questions, hasn’t Tracey thrown your lap top out of the window yet or get annoyed with you when you take work away?

You should be enjoying and relaxing and forget things back here 😆

    And the 7kg Amica AWM712D, AWP510/512

Sold one of the new statesman recently has a unique cleaning system which does a 60 min clean into inaccesible areas.

Can we send forms back without membership number on?

Or do you want us to hold back until we recieve our numbers from you?

    Re: Application form questions

Just recieved pack of T&Cs and want to clarify a couple of points.

Can I confirm section warranty conditions.

2.6 Warranty does not cover routine maintenance. All maintenance tasks including installation connection, maintenance, replacement of wearable parts, mains electric cord, light bulbs, fuses, batteries, sealing gaskets, resetting electronic systems, settingclock and cleaning.

Wearable parts? Does this mean its not covering any moving parts such as bearings, brushes etc..Embarassed

Resetting the electronics if done via telephone fix will this be classed as a telephone fix@ £15 or is this still not covered by warranty?

I assume the rates are + vat?

Its better that this is checked and confirmed now to make sure we all know what is covered, yes it should be common sense and i know sometimes the translation of wording is not clear.
Hopefully this will save any embrassasing cock ups on the claim sheets before we begin?

Is there a firm date and venue for the DASA meeting and will we be sending anyone from the WTA to represent?

    Re: RepairCare Rate reduction issues

What will happen will all the other manufactures follow suite, they will not sit back and pay out more than they have too, this could be the start of a price war for WP.

Another nail in the coffin of already struggling businesses.

If they think we will sit back and take this sh*t then they are very much mistaken.
We need to stand together with each other on this. 😉

    Hi Guys

Sorry been on Hols for a week, trying to get away from it all with family so no technology allowed :rolls:

Any how back to work on monday so no doubt will get the low down as i walk through the door on this then.

I am RC agent and not happy either with this rate cut… 👿 👿

No wonder Mark Reilly was so keen for me to sign over the new T&C the other week…. :rolls:

i am sure he knew more than he ws letting on after all he is family.

My Work has decreased over the last 2 weeks i only have two jobs currently on system normally at least 8-15 open at any one time.
So maybe as Ken said are using there own guys ❗

M Reilly has said he has directed a few more calls but not many, it cant be this quiet surely?

I am with you on this Ade i cant afford to loose this extra work all be it only around £2-3k a month but its better than nothing as we use it to get a foot in the door for our own calls later.. 😉
