Re: new software for service/stock/data management

I am interested in this as it looks promising but could you give us some idea of the cost (don’t want to end myself up on there mailing list and start receiving lots of spam), also if some one would be prepared to send me some screen shots (I have downloaded the brochures but you can’t see much of the screen at the size they have printed them).

Pjay if you have it as hollytree asked

What are the start up costs?

    monthly costs?

Is there a charge for muliple users / and additional computers?

Is there a cost for extra modules to allow text / email / postcode finder?

    Ade

Swift electrical (swiftuk.co.uk) have a more of a range than portway.

Also they sell more of the original models from poland AWCT AWCN range similar chassis to the ISEAW23.

Portaway are selling in the main when they have the stock the non polish ones AWP, AWO. still work at the end of day 😉

If you want the reps number, I will let you have it, I think it will be the same as mine he lives your way as way.

Not sure if they have been invited to the meeting, should I ask if they would like to send someone?

Been Waiting Three Weeks Or More.

❓ Is UKWG Covering The Warrenty Work For These Appliances

    garn…

I must say I have not had a problems with bits missing, get the odd damaged one.

Surely not all your customers use liquid, when you get a customer that uses powder just keep the odd one back as spare.
As for waste hose bent ends your bound to be able use one off the old one if it had one if not most go on the spigot under sink where its not required any way?

Where are you buying your machines from?

As far as spares go I was told the spares are in the process of transfer to ukw, it will then be a few more weeks while they get organised.

    Re: ISE10 & CI555WH

Regarding the CI555 have you had a good look for objects floating about?

Had one recently taking ages on wash, changed pcb still the same 😳
After good inspection and rumage around found small part of bra wire causing the problem.

Not heard a peep from her since 😉

    The ISE 10

I had one fail on install, found the sump ball ring had moved out of position allowing ball to block, obviously not put in from factory.

Re: Domestic and General cutting agents

I really dont get it why cut off your nose to spite your face 😕

Surley if its not about quality of work why remove agents off the system at the end of the day it does not cost them anything to keep you on file and they dont have to send you the work ❗

We all have our expertease in certain areas just because someone does gas does not necessarily do electric and viseversa ❓

I would expect D&G to have the right person for that job for thier own high level of customer services.
At the end of the day customer wants the appliance fixed in the shortest possible time if they dont get this service then they wont renew 😕

With hard times ahead we are all cutting back where necessary and insurance would be the first to drop when tighten the purse strings.

So it can only get worse for them, hopefully though more cash calls for us as a result. 😉
If they decide to use us again when they get stuck it will cost them more 😀

    Re: D&G now!

I have on occasions had a job from D&G via JTM ❗

Is there a deal being brewing here ❓

Just maybe they can get rid of individual agents knowing they can get coverage via JTM with this less admin costs of dealing with seperate engineers and lower rates paid by jtm they make savings here 💡

Only time will tell, will have to see if jobs increase from jtm.

What H&S stuff might that be 😕

In regards to long term service as many of you know there are no loyalties btween wp and indi’s, they just use and abuse, they are sweetness and nice one minute stab you the back next :rolls:

You need find out why you were not always getting the work… the amount of customers i pushed back your way, as they never used to give your number ❓
