    Jim

I heard somewhere that the door gasket solid lip catches the front drum with a heavy load, could be that?

Belt if that is worn can give off weird noises.

Have they used liquid, shaft damage causing the drum shaft to crack and go off balance again catching the door gasket?

Re: Just noticed this pop up…

They got it all sewn up!!

Selling direct spares to customers, now taking away our bread and butter work.

Why do we put up with it?

They get paid £70-£100 they pay us £35-£42 dont seem right that we do all the grafting!

They havent even given a pay increase yet.

It mentions in the email i had they work out whats wrong and give them a price. How can they know what parts are needed they are not engineers, they dont do it for the in guarantee stuff?

‘Ken UKW will have to start doing the same make some money!’

Just an update if your interested.

Service power has contacted me and has agreed as a ‘goodwill gesture’ to pay one of the two calls.

    Cheeky gitts!

    Re: Empire Direct Bust!

Just spoken to Elizebeth Smith Network manager and mentioned that I work for her (service power) and not Empire, service power pay us at the end of the month so surley its thier responibility.

She said she will see what she can do. Wont hold my breath!!

If any one needs her details i have them.

    Steven.

    Re: Empire Direct Bust!

    Just been caught out.

Service power issued a couple of jobs to me, booked for today.

Now they wont pay what Ba****ds!!!

If they knew yesterday that all calls were cancelled they should have call me this morning at the latest, but they could not be bothered.

We work for service power on their agents behalf, they should automatically cover the cost regardless.

Should have known better not to accept the call!

Both stats have a reading, the sensor below the door reads ok and the ntc on the heater (which i have replaced), not sure if its within the limits as no tech info!!

    Re: Bosch WTA3204gb09 T/D

Ordered a new board and heater sensor from BSH.

Still having exactly the same fault.

There is very little on this tumble dryer, 2 stats, heater, pcb.

So unless the pcb is faultly, I noticed box was not sealed and the part in the box is older than the one coming off and it has been mentioned on the site that parts have been coming through used or faulty?

Any other suggestions, want to try and locate this fault any other help would be appreciated.
This is a sensor type are there any problems with the selector operating module switch behind the facia?

    Ken

I think it would be usefull to have it all seperate.

so a spares one would be a good idea!

As i send my job sheets and invoices via email will there be one set up for accounts or do you want it still sent to admin?
