    thanks very much for the quick reply, you have given me good advice which i will take on board, it has been cause for concern for me as i have not had a claim in 20 years.
    every time my phone rings now i am sure its going to be an irate husband.

    This vessel controls the water level so don’t be tempted to try the machine until you’ve cleaned it out.

    You must unplug the machine before attempting the repair. And you must be careful to allign and seal the vessel before running a cycle.

    hi,
    the sat nav recognises the phone and the phone recognises the sat nav but they wont connect, i am either going to stick it back on ebay or get o2 to upgrade my phone, thanks for the reply.

    t door wont open if it has water in it you should take the sump hose off th black concertina one oing from the tub to the pump and if there is a plastic ball and rubber seating in it throw them away, also check that there isnt a blockage in the grey drain hose coming from the pump at the pump end and at the other end.
    it may need a new pump if no blockages.
    plug out of course.

    tried another program selector still faulty i have admitted defeat another wd12x bites the dust thanks anyway.

    the grey plastic nut which holds the salt container in place was cracked and this is where the leak is.

    it could be the pump try repairs@ for a reputable engineer.
