The best thing you can do is make sure you DON’T use tablets in them as they are designed for 12 place setting dishwashers.
I’d be tempted to just run it through on it’s longest programme first to give it a bit of a clean out.

If you can get the FD number off him that will give the month and year of production.
In general they are a good little m/c, don’t get many problems at all. If it hasn’t been used for a whil just make sure you test it through a cycle as the circ pump can seize due to lack of use.

Nope, c1 means the door is closed if memory serves. If you open the door does it change to c0 ?.

Sounds like the pressure chamber could also be blocked, some have a black plastic insert in them. This can become blocked and operate the overfill s/w. They can be carefully removed, stripped and cleaned or replaced.
As for the pulsing pump, that is normal apparently it’s to try and avoid the impeller getting jammed :con: .
The aquastop should be fitted vertically, but not many are :rolls: .
