    No way Penguin!!!

Don’t turn em on their heads, takes longer cleaning up the mess than it does doing it the right way up.

Also in line with the internal blue water inlet hose is a white circular unit with a green and yellow wire coning out of it and I presumed thats the flow meter

Indeed it is the flow meter, well deduced Holmes 😆

You guys can expect to change a few of these shortly. I certainly have been for a while now!!!.

    The ONLY way 😉

😯 Really Martin, you take the tank off for circ pump replacement 😕

Don’t know of any of our lads that do it that way (oo err).

If you turn the m/c off and leave it for a minute or two, does it fire up and run for a while?. then does it cut out again a few hours later?.

If so probably the rear wall sensor has failed. Well documented fault. Try the search option.

If memory serves I think one goes to the float s/w and other to drain pump.

Contacted BSH who said they didn’t recognise the part no. 310035

Weird, thats the part no. on the box for the glue in the back of my BSH van 😕

Yup definately sound like either failing compressor or blocked system 😥

Is there any lateral play on the pump impellor?. If so you will need a new pump.

I don’t know where the manual is, as the machine is nearly 10 years old now, and I never read manuals. Thanks anyway.

Find full E-Nr on sticker inside fridge, on left hand side next to salad bin.

Just a point to check, if you turn power off and then turn back on again after a minute or so does it fire up?.

Sounds like a duff/blocked pump to me.

Read through your manual, this will tell you how to drain and check pump.

How do we get it out of the housing?

Normally a woodscrew on either side of oven cavity.

    Re: Neff oven seal

There is usually another sticker with the E-NR on it.

Sometimes on one of the side panels, sometimes on the back. Obviously oven must be removed from housing.

Power off just to be on the safe side!!!

    Re: Bosch WTA3003GB/01 Felt seal

With regards to the ‘small’ amount of play in the rear bearing; is this likely to make matters worse?

Wouldn’t have thought so, to be honest.

Next time you get one if you look closely at the front bulkhead, you’ll notice the remnants of glue that they apply “sparingly” in the Crosslee factory.

The glue we use is available from BSH part no. 310035.
