😀 Glad to be of help Martin.

Isn’t it a good feeling when you kill a sticky job. 😀

Could be an o/c heater or inlet valve causing the problem.

Power off if you have look.

    Re: Bosch to/from China

Never knowingly seen a Chinese one. Confused

No I aint ever seen one either (yet).

I was talking to one of the lads the other week who had a trainee with him, who apparantly had been told by someone at MK that plans were afoot ❓

So who knows for sure, could just be “Chinese whispers” 😉

    😕 😕

Definately easier to remove the motor. Twenty minute job at most to remove back panel and motor.

    Power off first of course

Hmmm, that certainly is a weird one. :haier:

Can only really think that it is indeed a faulty new motor, if the old one is tumbling, but the new one isn’t.

    Martin

Check the tracks on the pcb part no. 295666 if memory serves.

Had a similar thing not so long back with raised segments on motor blowing the board 🙁 .

Not a cheap part to replace though if this is the problem.

Hmm there are too many things that it MAY be to give a definite answer remotely 🙁

I would suggest you contact an engineer.

    P.S. Who’s Peter ❓ ❓

E-Nr would be useful here. Find it on inside of door.

Could be the quad valve sticking, or something in the sump hose stopping the eco ball sealing up. Possible pump fault also.

    Doubt it’s the motor though.

Re: Neff Induction hob T4842NO/01 no heat

Yup, sounds like power modules have gone.

Does the appliance have a 5mm air gap below the work top and above the top of the drawer (full width of hob) as per installation instructions.

If not this could be cause of the problem.

Why take the lid off to replace door boot ❓

    Re: Bosch F/Freezer fault code

    E2 is sensor fault.

Replace pcb to cure fault. New pcb has revamped logic which I believe bypasses faulty sensor.

    Re: Bosch DW SGS43A32GB/01 – o`filling

    Yes there is a mod.

Involves fitting a new pcb with changed fill logic, and also a new overfill mushroom.

To get the m/c away, just clean the little magnet and chamber that it sits in of crap.

    Re: Bosch SGS5312 – dead?

The s/w on the heater switches the neutral, not live.

The live comes direct from pcb via the ntc on top of the heater. Have had a few of these fail in the past. You should read roughly 30 odd ohms across heater. If thats ok and there is plenty of water pressure the I can only really see it being either the pcb (most likely) or the ntc.

Power off please if you have another look. :zap:
