Having tested the thermistors/sensors, the green one is open circuit.

    Re: Worst Week Ever

Well, we are quieter than ever.

One major work supplier has reduced our are down to just one post code, suggesting we are too expensive.

Nothing wrong with our quality or level of service, that we already know.

However, when they ask us to go back and mop up after our replacements, its pretty clear why they are so cheap. They can’t do the job with inexperienced kids or arrogant old blokes on £5 an hour.

Sadly I have to report that no such legislation applies, the law doesn’t carry a megger on the van either. :rolls:

Well Maybe it should be Law!

I sent my application of to the UKwhitegoods site and had no response as yet!

Not the thermostat? Phone your friend.

A Pressurise with OFN to leak test, find leak and if possible repair leak, evacuate system and regas.

B Very often a thermostat. On older apppliances where a heater is fitted behind the evap, when the thermostat goes o/c (corrosion leads to gas in thermostat capillary leaking out) heater is energised full time, leading to heat.

Could also be PTC/Relay or compressor.

C does not make any sense!

Do you mean if the compressor is cold?

Charge the Customer, get them to take it up with Samsung.

Samsung don’t cover all machines/repairs under the 5 year warranty.

Howevr, if it is covered, Samsung will normaly reimburse the customer.
