    Hi Chris…

As Bryan says, but a bit cleaner 😉 😆

If he didn’t agree to the extra part and cost, it’s a loss to accept unfortunately.

Write it off as a bad move…!

    Re: Redundancies at Repaircare/Connect

It’s not good news if true 🙁

I personally (Take ALL DSG issues to one side), have a lot of time for Mark Reilly so I kinda hope something pops up somewhere to say this info isn’t correct.

Dunno what’s happening or what’s going to happen, but if the above is true, can’t be sunshine over the horizon that’s for sure?!

    Looking gooooood 🙂

One change I’d suggest though being the OCD victim that I am… Can you change all the green to the WTA blue to match?

Was a very productive and enjoyable trip 🙂

Thanks for the hospitality Ken & Tracey, again, they stay was very welcomed and felt ‘At home’ kinda! Also, a perfect venue for WTA stuff!

It might be a good idea to come back (All of us) in January, new year new start n all?! And we can spend some QT planning the Feb meeting?

    Re: DSG recruiting engineers…

    Bernards reply in RC Forum:

    Thank you for this feedback

We will, as promised discuss this matter with DSGi when we meet with them in the near future

    Just some personal thoughts.

I do not think DSGi have any intention of setting up a white goods, but certainly they will want to recruit “trainees” to train in installation and simple repairs (if required) when the product is first installed / switched on (example replace a faulty fridge door)-this would save an exchange and would make sense. This however is pure speculation on my behalf.

Remember, there are lots of networks carrying out work for DSGI (Indesit, Whirlpool, NESN, Belling to name a few), it could be that some work transferred to another network recently is what this is all about? Again this is speculation on my behalf.

Finally-just think of the costs involved – would DSG want to do this with our work when we provide excellent value for money – and have a netwok providing excellent customer service?

    Thanks and regards

Re: Name the zanussi fridge freezer (save me from my bigcock

I would just ring the guy and say there are variations with the shelving (TRUE). I’d ask him to look at the sticker & confirm to me the PNC to ensure the correct part arrives 🙂

I can’t see anyone having a problem with that… If so, then maybe job lost & lesson learnt!

I have a man! Say the word, the application is done! We can fudge qualifications / experience etc as it’s not a real job interest… The purpose would be to get a bum on a chair at interview level, after that, the ‘Stooge’ wouldn’t be interested! We could give this man a code name like 00UKW 😆
