    The user manual will not help you to solve many problems, and service manuals are not avaliable to the general public.

    Have you checked the brushes in the motor yet , most likely they are the problem .

    UNPLUG machine before removing any panels to check.

    Have you checked the filter , if water still in drum it could be that all the water is not being pumped out.
    If water is still in drum when machine gets to spin it will miss the spin out .
    Also at end of program you should always turn dial to stop or reset, to make sure that control module resets.

    Its a control module fault , have changed a few under guarantee. Just change module and all will be well.

    VC1 is wrong stat, its used on fridges with ice compartment you need a stat for a fridge that defrosts rear plate before fridge cuts back in. As Dales Electronic says a VT9 or VL9 depending on type of fridge
