Thats Error no 3 Drain pump defective.
So start by checking the drain hose and drain pump.

One pair is a thermostat the other pair is thermister, the thermister is in the temperature control circuit to pcb . The relay on pcb turns the heater on and off not the thermister. The thermister should show a resistance reading.

Which module does this machine have 3 different ones listed .

Part no on module 546*******
Module part no 546089200 or 546089203 are not programmed, so when you first switch on machine after module change wait for 30 seconds when most leds stop flashing the chip on push button board will have programmed main module. The other board 54607100 is pre programmed but not interchangable with the others.

Part no should be on the timer label.

Is your waste pipe connected to a spout on the trap under sink or a hooked into a stand pipe. Secondly if its clean water going into machine after use, try turning the cold tap to machine off for a day , if machine still fills when not in use then the hot valve in machine needs replacing, or water stops then you need to replace the cold valve.

This is a cold fill machine , as for not washing correctly if drain hose goes into a stand pipe make sure it does not push more than 6 inches into pipe. If end of pipe is lower than the water level in machine it can syphon out.
