4 in 1 tablets and any other type of tablet are for full sized machines ie: 12 place setting and should not be used in slim line or table top machines.

You have the wrong pump there are 2 pumps which look similar one has the motor coil facing the outside of machine and the other has coil facing in wards towards drum . Whats the serial number of machine thats the only way to make sure of correct pump.

What size load are you trying to dry , as machine will wash a 5kg load but will only dry 2.5kg max .

When you say it stops in wash cycle and refuses to spin do you mean that the motor will not turn the drum at wash speed. If so it could be motor brushes or a control module at fault. Time for an engineer to look at machine.
