Oh,……………. forgot to mention, the thermostat that is on it is just a normal VT9 domestic fridge stat which another engineer fitted to no avail.

Yep, I wondered that. Its the correct location of the capillary thats thrown me a bit, also not sure of the correct stat to order up.

I was involved in B-Grade Hoover products for a long time and I remember doing the T5090 twin tubs. I used to dread changing the front panel which held the lift up mechanism for the spinner, although I found a easy way round it in the end.. 😈
