I am aware that they now have changed the design, they have changed it with a slightly modified outer tub/front plate now with bolts and threaded plate holding the said weight on, I would reccomend you contact them again and advise them of this or contact trading standards, the question being was the old design of reliable contruction as they have now modified it for reliabilty. good luck 😀

If you check the later models on indesit/ariston they now have a blanked out holes in overflow “turret” obviously because it was a Crap design, I have blanked this hole after taking advise from an Ariston engineer but you run the risk of machine flooding ‘your gamble at the end of the day” thats unless anyone else without Doubt has got the permanent fix/cure to this problem.

My experience with this fault would sugest the left hand selector switch has blown, but this is only a thought, any would strongly recomend you get a local repair engineer try

Why do we get electric shocks is it that we all feel immune to electric or Rushing to get more work done , I would sooner arrive home safely than leaving a few extra pence to dependant.

    Any thoughts !

Re: Bosch Exxcel Dishwasher door questions

You could check if the one of the two plastic blocks on hinges behind door panel have not fallen off, this happened on a job I attended some months ago, this part fell out and was at he bottom of the door panel preventing the door opening 90 deg

    Hope this helps
