    to be fair the mod was done six weeks ago and customer is very clean and empties the filter every use, if only they had left the pulleys in rather than the stretch belt that has so much tension on it that it distorts the cabinet twisting the cabinet out of true, that would of helped as well as not using a hair drier type element as martin says.

    ps never seen a white knight with lint built up so must be a design fault. 8)

    And so the saga continues for many years to come, as the rivet does not work been to one today thats had the full monty mod done and had to remove loads of lint from the lint collector (ring) told the customer to contact hotpoint to tell them it has failed and to copy trading standards, he is going to let me know what they say can’t wait lol.

    it appears to e overheating, check the fan is running, condensor is not blocked.

    try resetting pcb, turn on at panel quickly no more than 4 secs press the program selector button 4times

    what Im finding with genuine bosch brushes in general is that they are sticking in holder a bastard file usualy helps 😛
